Brighton’s UnBarred Brewery & Taproom will host Amplifying Art on Sun 13 April - a special action in support of AudioActive, This unforgettable event will celebrate creativity, community, and craft beer, all to raise funds for the local non-profit organisation that empowers young people through music.
This special fundraising event brings together Brighton’s vibrant art and music scene, featuring an exclusive auction of original can label artworks donated by UnBarred. Attendees will have the rare chance to bid on stunning pieces by renowned street artists, including SNUB23, Amber Elise, Mick Mowgli, Cassette Lord, Humor Street Art, and Snapclicker. Beyond the auction, guests will enjoy live performances from AudioActive’s talented young artists and DJs, showcasing the next generation of musical talent.
The lineup includes Lilly Wolfe, Lori Asha, and DJ Melly, promising a lively and electrifying atmosphere throughout the event. As a thank-you for your support, every ticket includes a free UnBarred beer, plus an exclusive AudioActive x UnBarred goodie bag to take home. With standard tickets priced at £5 with a £10 supporter option to include a donation, this event is open to everyone who wants to support local art, independent brewing, and youth music programmes.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
Doors open and welcome drinks (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM) – Enjoy your free UnBarred beer and explore the artwork. Live DJ set by DJ Melly.
AudioActive presentation (3:00 PM – 3:15 PM) – Learn about the charity’s impact and how your support helps. Live performance (3:15 PM) – Featuring Lilly Wolfe.
Auction begins (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM) – Bid on original artwork while sampling more craft beer!
Live performance (4:30 PM) – Featuring Lori Asha.
Closing remarks and thank you (5 PM) – Stay, socialise, buy merch, and chat with the AudioActive team.

UnBarred was established in 2014, the shed of founder and Head Brewer Jordan Mower. Born of a passion to brew uncompromising and exciting beer, UnBarred’s original flagship IPA won the Bev Robbins Award for the Best Sussex Beer in its first year of production. To celebrate their roots, UnBarred works with local artists, independent businesses and fellow creatives to showcase the best of the vibrant culture and boundless innovation of the beautiful city of Brighton & Hove.
