Dementia Friendly Screenings- We offer special film screenings in a relaxed and supportive environment for people living with dementia and their friends/carers. Lights are left on for easy access, there is flexibility to move around the cinema as required and the volume is lower. There are no trailers and we arrange for a comfort break if appropriate.

Box Office Babies-The Capitol offer special film screenings for parents of young children aged from newborn to three years old, where the volume is lowered, baby changing and buggy parking facilities are provided, and you’ll find a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for you and your baby.

Blue Oasis Film Club Screenings-Our Blue Oasis Club film screenings are ideal for people with learning disabilities and on the autism spectrum and their friends. Lights are left on, the sound lowered, no trailers and the freedom to move around the cinema. A welcoming and understanding environment… friendly, fun, enabling and supportive. CEA Card Holders are offered a complimentary ticket for a carer

Subtitled Screenings- Our subtitled screenings are designed for our hearing-impaired customers and those who prefer captions due to hearing loss or auditory processing issues.
